2. How are your books packaged for shipping?

We prioritize the safe delivery of your books through meticulous packaging:​

  • Single Book Orders: Each book is double-wrapped in bubble wrap and placed inside a gray mailing bag.​

  • Multiple Book Orders: Books are double-wrapped in bubble wrap, reinforced with cardboard to prevent crushing, and securely packed in a sturdy box.​

This method ensures your books arrive in pristine condition.

3. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping via Korea Post's EMS (Express Mail Service). We provide flat-rate shipping worldwide to keep costs predictable for our customers. Domestic orders within South Korea have a shipping fee of $6 USD, while international orders ship for $15 USD, with larger orders set at $25-30 USD.

 

 

4. How long will it take to receive my order?

Estimated delivery times range from 1-3 business days for domestic orders and 7-21 business days for international shipments, though this may vary depending on postal conditions. 5. Can I customize a book with my own design?

Currently, we are not accepting custom orders. We will announce the reopening of commissions through our official Instagram account. Please follow us for updates and announcements.​

We take great care in packaging to ensure your book arrives safely. However, if your book arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photographs of the damage. We will assess the situation and work with you to find an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or store credit.

Due to the personalized nature of our hand-painted books, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is an issue with your order, such as damage during shipping, please contact us, and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
